This class offers a slow and nurturing practice that is well-supported and relaxing. Postures are approached in gradual steps, with plenty of time to focus on breathing and repetition, making the class simple and accessible for most everyone.

HEATED CLASSES
This class provides an introduction to practicing in high temperatures. Heated classes offer a unique learning dynamic to yoga asana.Postures and calisthenic movements are introduced gradually. The class builds to an apex then winds down slowly, allowing ample time to focus on breathing, repetition, and strength building. The room is heated to around 100-115 degrees. It is advised that you come hydrated and prepared to sweat!

NON-HEATED CLASSES
This is a high-intensity vinyasa class for those looking for a physically challenging practice focusing on intelligent alignment,breath control, and strength building to safely move into more advanced postures. Classes are designed to increase body awarenessand decrease stress as you learn to respond to difficult situations with ease and focus. Previous yoga experience is recommended but not required.

HEATED CLASSES
This is a fusion class of Hatha, Vinyasa and Ashtanga yoga. The class begins by stretching and warming up the body withtraditional sun salutations. A focused flow will follow, leading towards a standing / balancing / or flying apex posture(s).Wind down with seated poses and deeper stretches to then complete your practice with a final resting pose. This classhas a new sequence + playlist each week, allowing you to become familiar with the apex and grow your breath inside the shape(s)! The room is radiantly heated to approximately 100-115 degrees. Be prepared to sweat! Previous yoga experience is recommended but not required.
